Origin Investments is a Chicago-based investment firm, founded by David Scherer and Michael Episcope. They are still the principles of the company and were the logical choice to deliver Origin’s unique offerings. By focusing on multi-family real estate, Origin has been able to weather economic upheavals for the last two decades while providing significant returns and investment options for their growing investor base.
